Founder and owner Jeff Wiblitzhouser has designed and managed the construction of complex custom residential projects for over 18 years. He has distinguished himself and Paradise Found Construction by being the recipient of two consecutive National Home Builders Association (NAHB) Best in Green (BIG) Awards for the National Green Certified Project of the Year in Remodeling, as well as multiple local Home Builder Association Awards. In addition to being a NC Licensed General Contractor, he holds the NC Certified Master Accredited Builder (AMB) designation, Master Green Certified Professional (MGCP) and Certified Aging in Place (CAPS) designations from NAHB. His specialties include Universal Design, High-Performance Certification, advanced building science, and custom residential construction. In the past he has served on the Board of Directors of the Raleigh-Wake County HBA, the largest local home builders association in the nation, where he chaired multiple committee posts.
