Susan and Doug wanted to stay in their home as they got older, but their two-story layout meant their main living space was no longer practical for everyday use. They needed a first-floor space where they could sleep, bathe, and move through the home comfortably without relying on stairs.

We designed and built a first-floor primary suite that connects naturally to the home and opens to the backyard—creating a space that supports daily living now and long-term comfort in the years ahead.
