For over 15 years, Jeff has designed and managed the construction of complex custom residential projects. Jeff has distinguished himself and Paradise Found Construction by being the recipient of two consecutive National Home Builders Association (NAHB) Best in Green (BIG) Awards for the National Green Certified Project of the Year in Remodeling, as well as multiple local Home Builder Association Awards.
He holds the NC Certified Master Accredited Builder (AMB) and Master Green Certified Professional (MGCP) and Certified Aging in Place (CAPS) designations from NAHB. His specialties Universal Design, High-Performance Certification, advanced building science, and custom residential construction.
In the past he has served on the Board of Directors of Raleigh-Wake County HBA, the largest local home builders association in the nation. In that role, he has held multiple committee posts.
